Next week, the most popular feature of this blog returns again, in it’s new calendar slot. Best of The Northwest is my yearly round-up of the best beers I’ve tasted from my soggy, mildewey ‘hood, the GLORIOUS Pacific Northwest. If you’re reading The Pour Fool in another part of the US or the planet, this will let you know just a few of the hundreds of stunning beers that are made daily by the 700+ breweries here in the three state area right around WA – and that doesn’t even take into consideration the shocking stuff being made in Montana, Alaska, Utah, and British Columbia. The format changes a bit, from year to year, as categories come and go but one thing’s always the same: my three Beers of The Year. Here’s a sneak peek below.
