There has been a conspicuous lapse in posts, here in The Pour Fool and this is why:
In addition to having a wedding, rebuilding a deck – single-handedly – and traveling, this summer, I’m also working feverishly on finishing a new novel, a follow-up to my first Truman North Mystery, “Call Me Joe”, which is currently available on Amazon.
The newbie is called “Taplist” and deals with – shocker! – beer and beer writing. I’ve shamelessly mined my own life and experiences for this one and is it going better than any manuscript I’ve worked on in many years. I’m serializing it on Facebook, starting today, linked from my Steve Body page, so if you’re inclined, you can go there and read it for free.
Starting later this week, this website will be back to reviews, profiles, and rants – in short, back to what passes for “normal”. Thanks and I hope you had a BEAUTIFUL summer!
