pFriem Family Brewers is killin’ it. If they are not, in fact, the best brewery in this region, they are, at very least, on a ridiculously-short list of maybe three or four.
Full Sail definitely deserves to be taken every bit as seriously as your current Flavor of The Month brewery.
While I have zero affinity for Mexican lagers, I have infinite respect for those who make them. They’re not cynical, as a rule. They’re trying…they just don’t have a lot to work with.
A 35K town with five bad breweries in it belongs on the list of “Waste of Gas and Time”, not in “Hidden Gems”.
